Since you don't actually have to complete the dungeon to get the reward you just have to turn the hammer in to the npc, name is slipping on me, you can buy hammers from other players, get ran to the dungeon, turn in the quest, zone into the dungeon, exit back into sacnoth, valley and repeat for 7500xp per hammer

Since you are a new player, I suggest playing through the game's quests and missions. This type of fast leveling is normally done by veteran players who've experienced the quests and missions multiple times. Play through and enjoy it!

If you want to level quickly without utilizing any significant exploits, just go to Factions and take every quest offered to you in KC, you will get a lot of experience and should hit level 20 in no time.

So here's my stupid question for the day... what I can't figure out is how someone gets from the starting areas of a chapter into the depths of EotN in under 36 minutes. I mean, how are people doing this so quickly? I just don't get it.

If ferry is still possible, I'd expect starting in NF, then getting ferried to Faction and enjoy Lv20 content at lv1. And a very generous quest rewards.

Or getting ferried to Prophecies and getting to level 10 in an empty district in D'Alessio Seaboard and then heading over to EOTN to box.

That's how I got Leg. Survivor on my Paragon. Farmed captured skeles and then just gave them to him.

I think it only took 10 minutes to go from 20-R3 survivor, and I wasn't in a hurry.

Gotcha. Yeah, the Istani quests are pretty low experience; not very lucrative.
